Our event package gives you 20 totes for 3 days — perfect for hauling décor, supplies, and equipment to your venue and back.

We require at least 48 hours advance notice for all bookings. This gives us time to confirm your slot, prep your totes, and plan the delivery. Same-day bookings are not available.
For delivery, someone 18+ must be present to receive the totes and sign our rental agreement. For pickup, you don't need to be home — just stack the empty totes outside and we'll grab them during your window.
Yes — absolutely. If you're moving across town, we'll deliver to your old address and pick up from your new one. Both locations just need to be within our 30-mile service area from Manor, TX. Just note the pickup address when you book.
We accept Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Credit or Debit card. Payment is collected at booking confirmation. We keep a card on file for the duration of the rental for any damage or late return fees.
Yes — every tote is quarantined for 2 days and fully sanitized with antiviral disinfectant before being delivered to a new customer. Pack your clothing, bedding, and kitchen items with confidence.
Totes damaged beyond normal use or lost are charged at $45 per tote. Minor scuffs and ordinary wear are expected and never charged. We keep a card on file for the rental period to cover any replacement costs if needed.
Cancel 72+ hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before delivery and a $25 fee applies. Cancel under 24 hours before delivery and a $50 fee applies. If totes have already been loaded for delivery, the delivery portion is non-refundable.
Our standard bundles go up to 25 totes per booking. Need more? Contact us and we'll check availability for larger orders. We recommend booking early during spring and summer moving season when demand is highest.
